Imagine the quiet serenity of Southcott Pines and spending a week or so relaxing at the spacious desirable Holiday House. Grand Bend beach offers an incredible white sand beach, and the downtown is enjoyable for shopping, meals, or refreshments.

The Holiday House has some special features, including an oversized covered elevated deck with an outside gas fireplace and overhead gas patio heater for chilly nights and rainy days.

Inside the Holiday House you can select your comfy spot and stretch out in the large great room in front of the fireplace, or go down to the games room, which has an amazing pool table and large screen TV, or you can relax in the sunroom overlooking the outdoors.

There is a separate dining room and large kitchen for meal prep and dining. The outside deck also has a natural gas BBQ. Many evenings can be spent at the separate sunroom bar with an oversized TV and comfy couch seating.

Cottage Rules

Lambton County regulations for Short Term Rentals allow for two people per bedroom, plus a total of two additional people, up to a maximum of 10 people. Children 12 and under are not included in this calculation.

The cottage rents to families and rents Friday to Friday.

The security deposit is due upon registration and will be refunded within 4 weeks of checkout.
